Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in PM/engineering/government/public safety.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel 50% across the continental U.S.

Responsabilités

• Oversee deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Direct the project lifecycle from initiation through completion with metrics.
• Ensure delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Draft SOWs, change orders, and bids for system integration.
• Engage in reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for internal and external updates.
