Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in the Federal Market.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
• Professional state registration in architecture or engineering is a plus.
• Well-connected in Federal marketplace with a reputation as an expert leader.
• Strategic thinker who connects vision and strategy to execution.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional teams.
• Proactive self-starter with a track record of good decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a clear market development strategy within the Federal Market.
• Coordinate strategy with peers from Infrastructure and Geospatial Sectors.
• Develop and continually evaluate strategic financial objectives with focus on sales and growth.
• Drive the Market's business plan to achieve sector and firm objectives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with Woolpert clients and grow revenue.
• Become a subject matter expert on client business models and market data.
• Grow global footprint by expanding wallet-share with new clients.
• Build and lead a team focused on Federal clients.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet sector needs.
