Based in multiple offices or remote, you will manage seller-doers, shape strategy, and drive revenue and client satisfaction across US and international Federal agencies. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in federal leadership, a degree in architecture or engineering, registered credentials a plus, and a strong national network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within the Federal Market.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering; business degree a plus.
• Professional state registration in architecture or engineering a plus.
• Strong network and reputation in the Federal marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a market development strategy for the Federal Market.
• Lead and develop a diverse team focused on Federal clients.
• Drive growth, revenue, and client satisfaction across the US and abroad.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Geospatial Sectors to align strategy.
• Build trusted client relationships through delivery and thought leadership.
