Job summary
SMX is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the CFO Control Tower BAS implementation for a federal government client. This role emphasizes end‑to‑end project delivery, planning, risk management, and close collaboration with a cross‑functional team of business analysts, data engineers, and solution architects in the SAP Analytics Cloud environment.
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of PM experience delivering IT or financial system projects, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 10+ years of PM experience leading IT or financial system implementations.
- Experience managing SAP ERP implementation and upgrades.
- Experience with U.S. Federal Government projects.
- Knowledge of PMP, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle from planning to delivery and closure.
- Serve as primary client liaison to ensure alignment of goals.
- Develop and maintain project plan, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud and BAS functionality.
- Lead cross‑functional team and provide regular status reporting.
- Ensure quality, schedule, budget adherence and governance.
