Job summary

SMX seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead the CFO Control Tower BAS implementation for a federal government client. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of a SAP Analytics Cloud-based planning and reporting tool, coordinating across analysts, data engineers, and architects.

As the primary client contact, you will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, ensuring solutions meet mission objectives while maintaining security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years PM experience.
• Proven SAP ERP implementation and upgrade experience.
• Experience delivering federal government projects.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle of the BAS implementation.
• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure aligned objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Provide regular status reports to client and SMX leadership.
• Ensure quality and security compliance.
