Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Federal Sales Account Manager to lead strategic sales efforts for Intelligence Community accounts from Reston, VA, with remote work options across the United States. You will drive revenue growth, build relationships with federal stakeholders, and negotiate complex software/service contracts.

The role emphasizes a hunter mindset, consultative selling, and the ability to navigate government procurement. Strong security clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with security software preferred.
• Consultative sales approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate and manage pipeline, hunting for new business, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trellix products and services to assigned federal IC accounts.
• Develop and negotiate software and/or services contracts aligned with customer outcomes.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting for Commit, Upside and Pipeline.
• Meet or exceed new business revenue quotas.
• Collaborate with team to generate and progress pipeline.
• Develop channel and distribution strategies for customer success.
• Build relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.
