Qualifications

• 5+ years in federal business development, capture, or account management with direct HHS exposure.
• Ability to interpret RFIs, RFPs, sources sought and translate findings into capture strategy.
• Strong relationship-building with government stakeholders and internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Own and grow client relationships within HHS and DOD.
• Maintain account ownership and drive growth across services (data science, analytics, software development, RWE).
