ICA, Inc. is seeking a Federal Health Account Lead to own and grow relationships across HHS and DOD, with a focus on data science, analytics, software development, and RWE. You will blend federal BD/capture fluency with technical grounding to engage with experts across domains.

The role requires identifying client challenges, translating them into fundable concepts, and leading capture and proposal efforts while building strategic client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal BD, capture, or account management experience with direct HHS exposure.
• Understanding of federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and the proposal lifecycle.
• Ability to read RFIs, RFPs, sources sought notices and translate findings into actionable capture strategy.
• Strong relationship-building skills with government stakeholders and internal technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
