Job summary

Peraton's Health Sector is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our Business Development team in Reston, VA. This launchpad role provides exposure to the federal health market and opportunities to develop skills in pipeline management, client engagement, and strategic communications with senior leaders.

You will leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, contribute to capture and proposal activities, and help drive growth across our health portfolio while traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen eligible for a security clearance.
• Will travel up to 25% as needed.
• Experience with Salesforce for pipeline and opportunity management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline & CRM Management - Own the accuracy and currency of Salesforce pipeline; enter, update, and QA opportunity data.
• Executive Presentations & Briefings - Draft and design presentations for senior leaders and client meetings.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence - Monitor federal health procurements and competitor activity; distill findings.
• Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up - Prepare agendas, capture actions, and track follow-through.
• Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support - Assist with proposal logistics, event planning, and data reporting.
• AI-Enabled Productivity - Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and produce high-quality deliverables faster.
