Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Program Capture Sales Account & Business Development Manager to lead federal pursuits from qualification through proposal and award. This role primarily supports a US government client and is designated as Remote/Teleworker, with preference for the DC area.

You will shape capture strategies, manage a cross-functional team, and drive opportunities with DoD, DHS, and civilian agencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal business development experience or capture management.
• Experience creating RFP responses and customer-facing documents.
• Strong communication and senior leadership presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead capture strategy for federal opportunities and guide cross-functional teams.
• Manage pipeline of RFPs, RFQs, and sources-sought notices.
• Engage with federal program managers and contracting officers to shape requirements.
