Fully remote work with occasional travel; you will lead capture strategies, coordination across BD and Proposals, and ensure disciplined pursuit activities from qualification through award. You must be a US citizen, able to pass federal background checks, and skilled at building partnerships in Civil, Military, and Veteran Health domains to win competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to pass a Federal background check.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
• Travel up to 50% per year.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes capture plans for new business opportunities with BD and Proposal teams.
• Strategic development of existing and new customers through collaboration with operations and executive management.
• Builds and maintains relationships with partners and key influencers in Civil, Military, and Veteran Health Agencies; identifies opportunities.
• Assists in developing technology and customer-focused solutions for Federal medical/health sectors.
• Performs competitive analysis and price-to-win assessments to inform bid strategies.
• Leads capture efforts from qualification through proposal submission with Proposal Manager and BD teams.
• Cultivates relationships with stakeholders to support Federal Health missions and improve capture processes.
• Coordinates with business and technology teams to align customer priorities with opportunities.
