Job summary

SMX seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead the CFO Control Tower Budget and Spend (BAS) rollout for a key federal government client, built on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You will own the project lifecycle from planning through delivery, coordinating with budget SMEs, data engineers, and solution architects to achieve mission objectives.

This 100% remote role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; travel is minimal (<20%). The team emphasizes disciplined planning, clear communication, and value delivery across federal budgeting and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager leading complex IT or financial system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Direct and manage the full lifecycle of the CFO Control Tower BAS implementation project, from initiation to closure.
