Ladders is seeking a Sales Account Manager - Defense Agencies to join a leader in the IT space. This remote role drives new business and deepens customer relationships across the defense agency landscape, focusing on selling into federal government accounts.

You will collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and solid account coverage in a fast-paced software sales environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of selling within the Federal Government Defense sector.
• 3+ years in a high-tech software company, preferably in a two-tier distribution and cybersecurity environment.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to engage defense agency prospects and customers.
• Plan and prioritize sales activities to exceed targets.
• Manage product offerings in line with business goals.
• Provide timely follow-up and tracking of sales opportunities.
• Respond to sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
• Generate regular pipeline reports and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop new business.
