Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an experienced Federal Sales Account Manager to grow revenue in U.S. federal, military, intelligence, and defense markets.

You will leverage established relationships and drive complex technical opportunities, coordinating with sales engineering, inside sales, and leadership to build a qualified pipeline. You will lead outreach, demos, and evaluations, collaborate with presales to tailor solutions, and manage quotes and Salesforce records through close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience in federal or defense markets.
• Established network within federal agencies, primes, and system integrators.
• Experience navigating government contracts and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience engaging defense primes, systems integrators, and channel partners.
• Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with video encoding/decoding and IP video distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts for video encoders, decoders, transcoders, and IP video distribution solutions.
• Develop opportunities supporting ISR video dissemination and deployable/military platforms.
• Build relationships with military and federal organizations, primes, integrators, and channel partners.
• Lead outreach, meetings, product introductions, demonstrations, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with federal presales to understand requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Manage quotations and Salesforce opportunities through close.
• Support deployments and long-term account growth.
• Develop channel relationships and coordinate with inside sales for penetration strategies.
• Contribute to federal market initiatives, trade shows, and industry events.
