Oddball, a federal-focused software company, is seeking a Capture Manager to join the Growth team and own end-to-end capture strategy that turns pipeline opportunities into contract wins across Oddball’s federal portfolio.

You will lead full lifecycle captures, develop win themes, assess competitors, and coordinate with BD, PM, and Engineering to shape winning solutions and communicate pipeline health to executives.

Competenze

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience leading full lifecycle capture on unrestricted federal acquisitions.
• Deep domain experience in VA, CMS, and/or DoD with customer relationships.
• Experience coordinating BD, solutions, pricing and proposal teams.
• Understanding of federal acquisition strategies, contract vehicles, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with Agile, cloud, DevSecOps, IT modernization, and data analytics.

Mansioni

• Lead full lifecycle capture efforts from qualification through post-submittal with emphasis on full and open opportunities.
• Develop and execute capture plans with win themes, discriminators, and price-to-win strategy.
• Conduct competitive assessments including SWOT analyses and Black Hat reviews.
• Partner with BD, PM, and Engineering to qualify opportunities and shape winning solutions.
• Manage relationships with teaming partners and subcontractors through the capture process.
• Build and communicate pipeline status and bid health to executives on a regular cadence.
• Leverage AI and modern capture tooling to accelerate research and solution development.
