Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC in the United States is seeking a Capture Manager to drive growth across federal government opportunities. As an experienced individual contributor, you will manage capture activities from qualification through proposal, coordinating cross-functional pursuit teams and developing strategies to position Ad Hoc to win.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting or managing capture activities in federal contracting.
• Experience with RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and related procurements.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition processes and contract types.

Responsibilities

• Manage capture activities for federal opportunities from qualification through proposal.
• Develop capture plans using established processes and best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams and track milestones.
• Provide updates to leadership on progress, risks, and positioning.
• Work with account teams to understand missions, priorities, and timelines.
• Support customer engagement planning and competitive research.
• Collaborate to develop win themes and differentiators.
• Identify teaming partners and coordinate activities across groups.
• Support RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and other procurement activities.
• Participate in gate reviews and contribute to pursuit strategy.
