Job summary

Three Wire Systems is seeking a Corporate Capture Analyst to support Business Development and Capture activities across the opportunity lifecycle. You will work with the Bids & Proposal Director to identify, qualify, shape and advance priority opportunities in the federal market.

The role emphasizes capture and proposal management, analyzing solicitations, and coordinating with contracts, executives, and partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting Federal customers, programs, or accounts.
• Experience in capture, proposal management, and growth-oriented functions in the federal space.
• Familiarity with FAR regulations guiding proposals and capture activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Support capture activities across all phases of the opportunity lifecycle, including qualification and shaping.
• Gather customer and market intelligence through research and engagements.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, notes, and follow‑ups for capture activities.
• Develop pitch decks, capability briefs, white papers, and capability matrices.
• Manage opportunity pipeline and assist Go/No-Go discussions with supporting docs.
• Serve as point of contact for IDIQ vehicles and track SIN opportunities under GSA vehicles.
