Qualifications

• 7-15 years in federal capture or proposal management.
• Documented success in capturing federal contracts over $1M.
• Fluency in SAM.gov and familiarity with small business set-asides.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify federal opportunities through various channels.
• Manage the capture-to-proposal lifecycle effectively.
• Document and maintain capture playbooks and partner relationships.
