Agility Technologies Inc. is expanding its Federal Government Defense and civilian markets. The hired professional will build strategic BD and capture plans, manage a robust opportunity pipeline, and guide teaming and win themes to accelerate growth.

The role requires deep experience in federal marketing/sales, a proven track record in managing complex captures, and the ability to interact with senior client executives. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in federal government and defense marketing and sales.
• Experience managing BD, capture, pipeline, and proposals.
• Experience identifying and capturing DHS opportunities aligned with capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth through new business and organic growth.
• Experience with government solicitations, bid processes, and proposal content.

Responsibilities

• Create Federal Commercial and Defense Agency BD strategies.
• Manage a robust pipeline aligned with Agility capabilities and growth plans.
• Define and execute capture plans and develop customer needs for identified opportunities.
• Create win plans, develop teaming arrangements, and identify differentiators; interact with client executives.
• Support the proposal development process as required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry competitors.
