GE Aerospace is seeking a Government Sales Director - Software to lead and expand our strategic relationship with the FAA and related partners. You will own the growth strategy, drive complex deal execution, and coordinate across product, engineering, consulting, and proposal teams to win differentiated software-based solutions.

The role requires a proven government-sales track record, consultative selling, and strong executive-level relationship skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience in government sales, software, or digital solutions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive relationship skills.
• Experience with FAA or federal agencies preferred.
• Ability to operate in a long-cycle, consultative selling environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FAA account growth strategy focusing on pipeline development, new business capture, and revenue expansion.
• Identify, shape, and close opportunities across software, digital solutions, consulting, and development offerings.
• Build executive relationships across procurement, contracting, program leadership, and operations.
• Develop capture strategies, pursuit and win plans aligned to customer priorities.
• Drive account planning to identify whitespace, funding pathways, and upcoming procurements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely, high-quality pursuit execution.
