The Wilkinson Firm is a workforce strategy and staffing firm seeking an independent federal sales consultant to advance government contracting opportunities. This remote role offers flexibility with occasional travel to DC for kickoff and client meetings and is compensated hourly based on experience and scope.

Responsibilities include targeting federal accounts, developing agency relationships, and driving pipeline through qualified opportunities.

Formación

• 5–12 years in federal sales or related roles.
• Documented relationships at DoD, VA, HHS, GSA, or DHS.
• Fluent with FAR/DFARS basics and procurement vocabulary.
• Experience with SAM.gov, GSA Schedules, and small business certifications.
• Strong outbound outreach and ability to convert cold outreach into meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Target federal accounts and develop agency relationships.
• Manage agency POC outreach and prime contractor BD partnerships.
• Drive pipeline development for opportunities.
• Collaborate with GovCon leadership on capture and proposals.
