The Wilkinson Firm is a workforce strategy and staffing firm expanding its Federal Contracts division. This independent consulting role focuses on government sales, agency outreach, and prime contractor engagement across the US.

The role is hourly, part-time or fractional, with three tiers ($100-200, $200-350, $350-500 per hour) based on experience. Remote work with DC travel opportunities and a strong emphasis on credibility and relationships.

Qualifications

• 5-12 years in federal sales, agency BD, or prime contractor account management.
• Documented relationships at DoD/VA/HHS or other federal agencies.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS basics and procurement vocabulary.

Responsabilités

• Target federal accounts and develop agency/prime contractor relationships.
• Engage in outreach, attend industry days, and build a GovCon pipeline.
• Coordinate with Capture Director and Proposal Manager on opportunities.
