CVS Health Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) is a full-time weekend-evening role delivering remote patient care. 40 hours/week with three weekdays and every Saturday and Sunday, shift 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Requires active NP license in allowed states.

You'll deliver holistic, evidenced-based care for patients 18+ using telehealth, document in an EHR, and coordinate with a care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
• Minimum two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain licensure across required states if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced based care for patients age 18 months and older via remote platform.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, counsel and disposition plan.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and preventive care.
• Document all care in an EHR following policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external colleagues to ensure high quality care.
• Work with a care team including Providers, Physicians, Pharmacists, and staff.
