Job summary

Detay Inc. is expanding its nationwide facility management and commercial maintenance services.

We seek an experienced Business Development Representative who already has an established network of contacts and potential clients. This role demands a proven track record in selling FM services, developing new accounts, and closing opportunities with decision-makers across facility managers, operations executives, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling facility management or related services.
• Established book of business and network of industry contacts.
• Existing relationships with potential commercial customers.
• Demonstrated history of winning new accounts.
• Understanding of FM procurement and vendor selection processes.
• Experience interfacing with facility managers, property managers, CRE teams, or procurement departments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and leads.
• Leverage your network to create immediate opportunities.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across facilities and operations.
• Identify nationwide or regional maintenance needs.
• Present and sell facility management solutions.
• Develop proposals and coordinate with operations/estimating teams.
• Manage the full sales process from contact to contract.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and expand services.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer data.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and events.
