Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Associate to support a team of Facilities Managers across seven client locations in a remote role. You will own work order management, coordinate vendors, and ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs while maintaining precise records and reporting on performance.

You will also create purchase orders, verify coding, and ensure proper vendor assignment, drawing on CMMS and Coupa efficiency to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years in facilities administration, facilities coordination, or work order management.
• Experience using CMMS to manage, track, and report on work orders.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders in Coupa.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Excellent organizational and customer-service mindset; ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and communicate clearly with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of work orders from intake to closure.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Review data and generate reports on performance metrics.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Create and manage purchase orders and ensure proper coding.
• Maintain accurate facilities records in CMMS and tracking tools.
