The role reports to the Performance Operations Manager and emphasizes customer service in issue resolution and vendor communication.

The position involves coordinating with internal teams and clients, overseeing financial aspects of work orders, and providing regular updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities operations or service delivery is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide work order management support and administration.
• Coordinate maintenance repair calls: scheduling, quoting, and resolution.
• Manage vendor invoices and cost coding for work orders.
• Ensure timely completion of service delivery and administrative tasks.
• Review and escalate incident tickets to appropriate teams.
• Communicate with vendors daily to maintain strong relationships.
• Prioritize and follow up on open work orders based on age and status.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Operations and Finance teams to address needs.
• Assist client and service provider personnel with system setup and training.
• Generate required reporting and updates for assigned units of business.
• Conduct weekly update calls to share information and progress.
• Participate in overtime as needed.
