Potbelly Sandwich Shop seeks a Facilities Coordinator to manage maintenance, budgets and vendor relations from the Support Center. The 100% remote role in the United States is highly preferred from Chicago, IL, with state restrictions noted. Reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in general facilities maintenance/management; restaurant experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of fully functional and compliant facilities; assist annual plan and budget.
• Track budget management for unplanned maintenance and contracts; review invoices.
• Review proposals prior to approval; maintain parts listings.
