Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to plan, manage, and optimize repair and maintenance across multiple Panda stores, with a focus on cost control and quality.

The role includes vendor contracts, training store managers, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. The position requires regional travel to Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland, with a hybrid remote work setup and a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of facilities maintenance experience.
• One to two years of facilities maintenance management experience.
• Working toward CRFP certification or equivalent.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
• Active driver's license and ability to drive as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage repair and maintenance for 60-100 stores in one region, ensuring Panda facility standards.
• Search, evaluate, qualify, and negotiate contracts with local and regional vendors for maintenance services.
• Train store managers on repair and maintenance programs and vendor collaboration to control quality and cost.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and train managers to handle routine or urgent situations.
• Support Risk Management by responding to emergencies and inspecting issues to create solutions.
• Use Service Channel tools and FM metrics to manage vendor performance and costs.
