Qualifications

• 5+ years outsourced facilities maintenance program management.
• Experience in restaurant facilities/operations preferred.
• Knowledge of project bidding, vendor management, and scheduling.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management projects for 100+ restaurants.
• Manage vendor-based facilities program and crises.
• Conduct annual site inspections and action plans.
• Identify risks across maintenance lifecycles.
• Communicate with restaurant managers and multi-unit teams.
• Provide technical expertise for restaurant equipment repairs.
• Prepare and present status reports at meetings.
• Process consultant/contractor invoices and payments.
