Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a multi-site facilities maintenance environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience using QuickBase and other work order platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage all maintenance requests in Freshco’s work order management system.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for maintenance requests.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and manage work order escalations.
