Job summary

Cognizant's remote Facets Product and Benefits Consultant role invites you to design, configure, and implement healthcare products and benefit plans within the Facets platform for US payers. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, pricing, and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant benefit solutions that support accurate claims adjudication and strong member experiences.

This full-time remote position requires 6+ years in healthcare payer settings and hands-on

Qualifications

6+ years in healthcare payer domain with Facets configuration experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience designing benefit structures and network-based rules
Understanding impacts on claims adjudication, pricing, eligibility
Experience documenting requirements and supporting end-to-end testing
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills
Experience with Commercial/Medicare/Medicaid lines

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and translate into Facets configurations.
Design benefit structures, accumulators, copays, deductibles, and network rules.
Configure and validate Facets components for quality and scalability.
Partner with cross-functional teams across claims, pricing, and networks.
Develop test scenarios and validate outcomes for deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and OOP max.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and implement durable fixes.
Support production deployments and post-launch stabilization
