Job summary

Hoya Vision Care seeks a Territory Sales Manager to grow sales in the Nashville, TN and Southern KY territory, expanding Eye Care Professional accounts and loyalty through branded products and service excellence.

The role requires frequent in-person visits, with up to 75% travel, and a consultative sales approach supported by Salesforce/Power BI planning and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Optical knowledge is valuable for understanding vision care.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to 90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales targets and manage budget.
• Establish relationships with ECPs and drive branded product sales.
• Plan territory activities using Salesforce and Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews with performance insights.
