Job summary

Tarsus Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Leader to drive ophthalmology sales across a regional territory. You will own account management, lead education of clinicians on disease states and XDEMVY, and launch strategies to maximize patient access and product utilization.

The role requires 2+ years pharma sales experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to ethics and compliance in a fast-paced, field-based environment with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field (or commensurate experience).
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience is required; eye care experience preferred.
• Proven problem solving and collaboration; strong communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Account management and eye care expert relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive sales execution and territory growth with data-driven planning.
• Promote compliant promotion and culture aligned with corporate values.
• Provide frontline feedback to leadership and other stakeholders.
• Travel up to 40–50% within the territory and beyond as needed.
