HubSpot seeks a Senior Account Executive, Expansion to drive growth in the DACH region. Based in Ireland or Germany with office, flex, or remote options, you’ll source your own pipeline and own deals from outreach to close, focusing on Service Hub, Customer Agent, and Revenue Hub.

You’ll manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with IT, CS, and business buyers, translating technical value into compelling business outcomes while collaborating across internal teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales with quota attainment.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proven, self-sourced pipeline generation.
• Top producer with a track record in complex environments.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
• Multi-stakeholder cycle management across service, CS, IT, and business buyers, including C-level.
• Excellent consultative and value-based selling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build your own pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Sell into leaders across CS, IT, and business buyers in large organizations.
• Own discovery, demos, and solution design.
• Translate technical value to business outcomes for technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Growth, CS, Solutions Engineers, and other partners to move deals forward.
• Share wins and losses to improve prospecting.
