Job summary

Scale Army Careers is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support the Founder/CEO with operations, project coordination, admin systems, customer and influencer communications, Shopify updates, research, and executive tasks. This fully remote role runs on EST business hours and offers autonomy in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as Virtual Assistant or similar support role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Experience with task-management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning to completion with clear tasks and deadlines.
• Maintain inboxes and organize communications and records.
• Support Shopify store maintenance and website updates.
