This is not a traditional executive assistant role. You will partner with our leadership to manage calendars, travel, and communications; prepare leaders for key meetings, build agendas and briefing materials, track decisions, and follow up so

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of EA experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating projects, tracking milestones, and delivering results.
• Familiarity with AI tools to draft communications, summarize meetings, and automate tasks.
• Strong command of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional polish.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive anticipation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to manage calendars, travel, and communications.
• Prepare leaders for key meetings, build agendas and briefing materials.
• Track decisions and action items; follow up to ensure commitments get done.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects; keep stakeholders aligned on timelines.
• Manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Leverage AI daily to automate routine, draft communications, and build smarter workflows.
