Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks an Industry Principal to lead commercial strategy across key verticals, translating SHI Agentic's platform into vertical solutions and owning deal cycles. You will drive managed services expansion while partnering with a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for delivery.

You will engage C-suite buyers, codify repeatable templates, and help shape vertical playbooks for scalable growth. Travel 30–40% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Executive stakeholders engagement experience with C-suite.
• Expert knowledge of industry verticals: Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Experience delivering AI/agentic solutions.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% during active engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive voice and subject matter expert within your industry vertical.
• Identify pain points and buyer personas to guide solution positioning.
• Lead executive discovery, scope engagements, pricing, and secure commitments.
• Own end-to-end deal cycle from qualification through contract close.
• Build trusted relationships with customer C-suite executives throughout engagement lifecycles.
• Drive expansion into recurring managed services with multi-year commitments.
• Collaborate with a senior Forward Deployed Engineer for delivery while keeping commercial ownership.
• Develop repeatable commercial and delivery templates for scalable growth.
• Contribute to vertical playbooks and best practices libraries with Delivery team.
• Position SHI Agentic as a recognized industry leader through executive engagement.
