Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a senior Industry Principal to lead commercial strategy and customer engagements across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

You will own deal cycles, translate SHI Agentic’s platform into vertical solutions, and drive managed services expansions with C-suite clients. You will partner with a Forward Deployed Engineer for delivery while maintaining commercial ownership, develop repeatable templates, and build executive relationships to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in one of the target verticals (Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance).
• Demonstrated experience building or delivering AI/agentic solutions.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% during active engagements, decreasing to 20% between engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive discovery sessions and scope Agentic engagements.
• Own the end-to-end deal cycle from qualification through contract close.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer C-suite executives.
• Drive expansion of initial engagements into recurring managed services contracts.
