Job summary

SHI International in Austin, TX seeks an Industry Principal to lead commercial strategy and executive engagements across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will own end-to-end deal cycles and articulate industry-specific value to C-suite buyers.

You will collaborate with a senior Forward Deployed Engineer for delivery while retaining commercial ownership, codify repeatable playbooks, and drive expansion into managed services and multi-year contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in one of the target verticals (Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance).
• Demonstrated experience building or delivering AI/agentic solutions.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% during active engagements, decreasing to 20% between engagements.
• Completion of Palantir platform immersion and Ontologize Certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive discovery sessions and scope Agentic engagements.
• Own the end-to-end deal cycle from qualification through contract close.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer C-suite executives.
• Drive expansion of initial engagements into recurring managed services contracts.
