Job summary

SHI Agentic seeks seasoned Industry Principals to lead commercial strategy and executive engagements across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will translate SHI Agentic’s platform into vertical solutions, own deal cycles from discovery to commitments, and drive multi‑year managed services engagements with C‑suite buyers.

You will partner with a senior Forward Deployed Engineer to ensure delivery while keeping commercial ownership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance verticals.
Demonstrated experience building or delivering AI/agentic solutions.
Willingness to travel 30–40% during active engagements; 20% otherwise.
Palantir immersion and Ontologize Certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Serve as the executive voice for SHI Agentic within your industry vertical.
Identify pain points, operational levers, and buyer personas to guide solution positioning.
Lead executive discovery sessions, scope Agentic Camp engagements, develop pricing, and secure commitments.
Own the end‑to‑end deal cycle from qualification through contract close.
Build and maintain relationships with customer C‑suite executives through the engagement lifecycle.
Drive expansion into recurring managed services contracts with multi‑year commitments.
Collaborate with a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer while maintaining commercial ownership.
