Job summary

AMR Management Services is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for client associations in a remote capacity. You will partner with boards, volunteers, and AMR teams to advance mission, manage budgets, and drive growth while balancing client service with sound business practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum five years of association management experience; 3 years in Deputy/Executive Director roles.
• Experience with national medical or healthcare associations preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and financial oversight skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and ensure programs align with annual workplans and contractual obligations.
• Partner with Board of Directors and volunteer leaders to set priorities and fulfill leadership responsibilities.
• Develop sponsorship and revenue strategies and manage prospect outreach and contracts.
• Oversee operations, budgets, reporting, and ensure compliant organizational practices.
• Communicate with Board, members, sponsors, and stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
