Etherio Group is seeking a Sr. Association Executive Director to lead strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth for a healthcare association and its foundation. The role emphasizes governance, operations, and culture while representing the organization with external partners.

The executive will drive multi-year planning, oversee budgets, and ensure program excellence across membership growth, grants, sponsorships, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
• CAE certification or senior association leadership experience desired
• Healthcare industry experience of 10+ years is highly preferred
• Hands-on budget management including prep, analysis, and reporting
• Strong strategic planning, program development, and governance skills
• Experience with partnerships, fundraising, and sponsorships beneficial
• Proven ability to work with boards and volunteer leadership
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a multi-year strategic plan
• Develop executive-level relationships with strategic partners
• Represent the association at national and regional meetings
• Provide reporting and action-oriented recommendations to the Board
• Drive innovation in programs, communications, and member benefits
• Oversee fundraising, grants, sponsorships, and contracts
• Ensure fiscal integrity, budgeting, and governance across 501(c)(6) and 501(c)(3)

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher
