Etherio seeks a Sr. Association Executive Director to guide a healthcare association and its foundation. You will shape strategy, drive revenue through membership, grants, and sponsorships, and lead programs, governance, and operations with a focus on impact and stakeholder partnerships.

This remote, high‑visibility role requires engaging boards, representing the organization at national forums, and building a culture of performance, learning, and inclusion across a national network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; CAE strongly preferred.
• Healthcare association leadership experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with governance boards and volunteer leadership.
• Fundraising and grant management experience required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and execution of the organization’s multiyear strategic plan.
• Develop and maintain executive-level partnerships with strategic partners.
• Oversee fundraising, grants management, and reporting for government contracts.
• Ensure fiscal integrity, budgeting, audits, and compliance per nonprofit standards.
