Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead value evidence strategies for the nephrology portfolio, including FILSPARI. The role partners with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory to generate high-quality data supporting payer engagement and patient access.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required; PhD/MD/PharmD preferred.
• 12+ years in HEOR or related disciplines within pharma, consulting, or academia.
• Experience with real-world data (claims/EMR/registries) and economic modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop HEOR and value evidence strategy across Travere's nephrology portfolio (FILSPARI, civorebrutinib, future assets).
• Lead integrated evidence-generation plans addressing clinical, economic, humanistic, and health-care decision-maker needs.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Biostatistics to identify evidence gaps and priorities.
• Lead cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and other HEOR analyses; oversee real-world studies using admin claims, EMR, registries.
• Oversee PRO strategy, including instrument selection, development, validation, and integration into development programs.
