Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks an Executive Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead the development and execution of health economics, outcomes research, real-world evidence, patient-reported outcomes, and evidence synthesis strategies across the nephrology portfolio, including FILSPARI.

This senior leader will build integrated evidence plans that demonstrate clinical, humanistic, and economic value throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health services research, pharmacy, medicine, biostatistics, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of HEOR, real-world evidence, outcomes research, market access evidence, or related experience in biopharma/consulting/academia.
• Proven ability to develop and execute HEOR strategies for marketed and/or development-stage assets.
• Strong experience with real-world healthcare data: claims, EMR/EHR, registries, and large databases.
• Experience in health economic modeling and burden-of-illness research.

Responsibilities

• Develop HEOR and value evidence strategy across Travere's nephrology portfolio and future assets.
• Create integrated evidence-generation plans addressing clinical, economic, humanistic needs over the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Biostatistics to align HEOR priorities.
• Lead health economic research including cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and resource utilization analyses.
• Develop real-world evidence studies using claims, EMR/EHR, registries and other datasets.
• Oversee PRO strategy development, validation, and integration into development programs.
• Partner with external researchers, data partners and vendors to deliver timely HEOR outputs.
• Publish HEOR findings through publications, congresses, and other channels.
