Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director for Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead an integrated evidence strategy across the nephrology portfolio, including FILSPARI (sparsentan). This role partners across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Biostatistics to ensure high-quality data generation supporting clinical development and payer access.

The position requires 12+ years in HEOR-related fields, advanced degree, and a track record of publications.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in HEOR, real-world evidence, or related fields within biopharma, consulting, or academia.
• Experience developing and executing HEOR strategies for marketed or development-stage assets.
• Experience using real-world data sources (claims, EMR, registries, etc.).
• Experience in nephrology, rare diseases, or specialty therapeutics preferred.
• Publications/presentations in HEOR or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the HEOR and value evidence strategy across Travere's nephrology portfolio.
• Develop evidence-generation plans addressing clinical, economic, humanistic, and healthcare decision-maker needs.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Biostatistics to align HEOR priorities.
• Lead health economic research including cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and resource utilization analyses.
• Develop and oversee real-world evidence studies leveraging administrative claims, EMR/ registries, and other data sources.
• Lead the PRO strategy, including selection and validation of PRO measures.
• Represent Travere externally with HEOR researchers and nephrology stakeholders.
• Publish HEOR findings through peer-reviewed publications and scientific forums.
