Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant to lead all executive compensation initiatives across the company. You will oversee incentive programs, manage Board materials, and partner with senior leadership on compensation strategy and proxy disclosures.

The role requires strong Excel modeling, fiduciary judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization. Remote work within Central/Eastern Time Zones with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive compensation programs and practices.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and influence stakeholders.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive compensation programs (Annual Incentive Plan, Long Term Incentive Plan) and governance.
• Partner with Legal and external consultants for Compensation Committee materials.
• Prepare Proxy-related disclosures (CD&A, CEO pay ratio).
• Manage annual VP market reviews and compensation for leaders.
• Deliver reports, benchmarking, and cost modeling for compensation programs.
