Job summary

Aaron's in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant to lead all executive compensation initiatives in our Galleria office. This hybrid role partners with senior leadership to design, implement, and communicate incentive plans, proxy materials, and equity programs, aligning pay with strategy and governance expectations.

You will manage multiple compensation projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with Legal and external consultants to ensure accurate reporting,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of executive compensation programs and practices.
• Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities related to Executive Compensation including Annual Incentive Plan and Long-Term Incentive Plan management.
• Prepare materials for Compensation Committee and Board meetings and support proxies.
• Partner with Legal and external consultants to develop compensation programs and exhibits.
• Mentor junior team members and HR partners; drive process improvements and reporting.
