H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a senior compensation leader to partner with compensation leadership, People & Culture, and business leaders.

You will design, administer, and govern executive compensation programs and support the Compensation Committee for senior executives. You will oversee equity programs, including grants, vesting, reporting, and analysis, working with Payroll, Accounting, Legal, and P&C Systems to ensure accurate administration and audits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years of compensation design and administration experience.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide programs and presenting to executives.
• Strong project management and finance skills with multiple deadlines.
• Expert understanding of market surveys and benchmarking tools.
• Strong understanding of compensation job structures.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the compensation lead for Compensation Committee support, developing analyses and materials.
• Advises leadership on internal and external pay recommendations and job structure changes.
• Administers equity plans with legal, finance and payroll teams; maintains equity platform and reports.
• Leads the design and administration of compensation programs and education strategy.
• Manages monthly, quarterly, and year-end processes including proxy schedules.
• Leads special projects or areas of practice as needed.
