• 4-6+ years in strategy-focused management consulting, corporate strategy, or related fields.
• Ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems to deliver measurable impact.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, collaboration skills, bias for action, and value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing development and evaluation of corporate strategy and growth priorities.
• Conduct market, customer, competitive, and financial analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Formulate and test hypotheses on growth strategies and transformation initiatives.
• Create data-driven recommendations and executive presentations for senior leaders and the Board.
• Lead and contribute to high-priority strategy projects with cross-functional teams.
• Support enterprise strategic planning and alignment of investments and initiatives.
• Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder discussions for alignment.
• Analyze competitive landscape and disruptive tech shaping tax, financial services and SMBs.
• Evaluate strategic partnerships and new business opportunities for growth.
